With accommodation of 4 persons

Supplement per extra person (5th and 6th) per week from April 30th till September 30th = 85€, in April and October = free

Damage down payment (eurocheck or cash) upon arrival : 350 EUR

(it’ll be restitued 8 days after departure check)

Payment conditions

Every reservation must be accompanied by a minimum payment of 30% of the set price, which must receive within 8 days of the reservation.

The complete payment must be settled 30 days before your arrival in Kos

Payment by banktransmission or eurocheck.

Cancellation conditions

More than 30 days before your arrival in Kos, 30 Euro for fees

between 30 days and 15 days before arrival : 50%

less than 15 days : 100%

no fees for changement of names
